How do I register?
Registration is fully online. To join a virtual run event, all you need is an account. Don't have one yet? Click here to create one now!
How do I join a virtual run event?
- For our free event
Since payment is not required, you may already start submitting your screenshots at your DASHBOARD upon joining the event.
- For our paid events
After clicking the JOIN EVENT button, click the PAYMENT button of the event you signed up for, and follow the payment instructions listed there to complete your registration. You will receive an email confirming the validation of your payment. Only then can you start submitting your screenshots at your DASHBOARD.
When and where will the virtual runs be held?
Our events are all held virtually. There is no specific venue for the run, which means you can run anywhere and anytime within the event time frame. You can run once or multiple times in a day. You can run outdoors given that you follow the health protocols, or even indoors using a treadmill. Just be sure to submit the screenshots tracking your runs for us to monitor and record.
What running app should I use?
Any verified GPS-tracking running app will be accepted. The required measurement for distance is KM. The required format for time is HH::MM::SS. You can use any FREE GPS-tracking running app from your Android or iOS smartphone like Strava, Runkeeper, and Runtastic. You can also use a GPS watch like Garmin, Soleus, Suunto, Apple watch, and others. If you prefer running on a treadmill, you can record your runs through the display screen.
How is my run progress being tracked?
You need to submit a valid screenshot or photo of your run record that shows the distance and the time for our team to verify and record. You can take a screenshot/photo of your running app or your GPS watch. If you are using a fitness band like Fitbit, Fossil Q, Jawbone, Mi Band, Apple Watch, Samsung Gear and others, please submit a screenshot of its partner app since it has more complete data. If you run on a treadmill, you can take a photo of the treadmill display. Our team of moderators will validate your submission. You will be able to see the status of your submissions all events you signed up for at your DASHBOARD.
How do I know my current run progress?
You can check out your Dashboard if you want to know your current run progress for each event you signed up for. Run progress is updated automatically after validation of your submissions. This usually takes no more than 24 hours to be reflected on your Dashboard.
Do I have to finish the entire distance I signed up for at once?
No need to complete it at once if you can't! You are allowed to complete the distance you signed up for, one run at a time. Take note that the minimum distance required for one running session is 1KM for all categories. Make sure to take valid screenshots/photos of your run records and submit them through this page. Your total run distance and time from your entries shall be computed. Once your submissions have met the required distance based on your category, you will get an email notification from us.
Where can I submit my run entries?
You may submit your run entries through your DASHBOARD.
How many entries am I allowed to submit?
You may submit as many valid entries as possible within the event period. Just be reminded that once submitted and validated, your run data will be recorded permanently and cannot be withdrawn or replaced.
How will I know if my submission is valid?
A valid submission must include the following:
- Run Distance (Measured in KM and must not be less than 1KM)
- Run Duration (HH:MM:SS format)
A submission once submitted and validated is considered as final. Our team of moderators will be resposible for the verification of your submissions and your progress. Should you have concerns regarding your records, please let us know.
How do I change my selected distance?
If you accidentally selected the wrong distance, or if you want to change your current distance, you may send us an email through our Contact Form. Note that you may only change your distance once, and you may only do so until 31 March, 6PM.
Can I join more than one event?
Yes, you can join up to three events simultaneously! Note that you will receive different bib numbers for each of the events you joined.
If I join multiple events, can I submit the same run record as an entry in the events I joined?
Yes, you may submit the same run record in all the events you joined.
When will I receive my race kit?
Our team will send your e-certificate to you via email and prepare your race kits for delivery or pickup after the event. Once they're ready, we'll send an email. Just keep in touch!
How do I win?
